Costata Romanesco - Traditional Italian heirloom with great flavor. Distinctive zucchini is medium gray-green, with pale green flecks and prominent ribs. Big, large-leafed, semi-vining plants with only about half the yield of hybrids, but much better flavor; clearly better textured, nutty, and delicious, raw or cooked. Also a good producer of heavy male blossoms for cooking.
Cocozella Di Napoli - firm and flavorful flesh, long slender shape, a unique Italian summer squash.
Gelber Englischer Custard - bright yellow with that classic scallop shape.
Goldmine - as their name suggests, they are easy to harvest and are short, slender yellow squash. Easy to slice, cook, and eat.
Jaune et Verte - pretty, green squash with variegated coloring. Dense flesh with a hearty flavor.
Ronde de Nice - tender and fine flavored, like a small round zucchini.
Summer Ball - tender and fine flavored with yellow or green skin.
All blossoms are edible!!
