Shishito Japanese- (60day) Favorite of many!! Japanese frying pepper. Not speceficly HOT. Typically harvested and used green but will mature to orange/red. Thin walls blister and char easily when roasted or grilled, taking on rich flavor- delicious sprinkled with salt. The occasional pepper is spicy and more at the end of the summer. Prolific!
Orange Spice NUMEX Jalapeno- (65day) Scoville Heat Units 8,000 - Early Jalapeno pepper is prolific, early maturing 3" fruits. Dark green, thick walls, medium hot. They become deliciously sweet as they turn red. Dry reds for chipotle powder. Acclimated seed developed in CO.
Lemon Spice Jalapeno- (65day) Scoville Heat Units 30,000 - this yellow jalapeño is joining in on the popularity enjoyed by colorful bell peppers Use this beautiful pepper to enhance the look of everything you would make with green jalapeños! This jalapeño is green at immaturity and bright yellow at maturity. It has thick flesh and spicy flavor like the Early Jalapeño, but a lot more heat. Yellow Jalapeño seeds are easy to grow, and these yellow beauties will certainly please in the garden!

Flaming Flre- (77day) Widely adapted Fresno pepper. Conical-shaped fruits are thin walled, avg. 4" long, and ripen to a bright red. Their flavor is sweet, mildly hot, and very good. Excellent for fresh use, stir fries, sautéing, and hot sauce.
